How your information is handled
The short version
- The chat on this site is an AI. You are not talking with me.
- Chat conversations are not saved, and I can’t see or read them.
- The AI is for reflection, not professional advice.
- If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email and message so I can reply.
- This site uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and I don’t sell anyone’s information.
The AI chat
The chat offers two AI models: an ActualizationOS guide based on the system in my book, and an AI model of how I think, built from interviews with me. Both are artificial intelligence. Neither is me, and nobody is reading along.
Where your messages go. When you send a message, it travels from your browser to a small server I run on Google Cloud, which forwards it to Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate a reply. The reply comes back to your browser. That’s the whole path.
What is kept.
- In your browser: the conversation exists only in the open page. Refreshing or closing it erases the conversation.
- On my server: message content is not saved to any database, file or log. To prevent abuse, the server briefly holds your IP address in memory to limit how many messages can be sent per minute. Google Cloud keeps standard technical records of requests (such as time and IP address), not their content.
- At Anthropic: Anthropic processes messages under its commercial terms, which do not allow them to be used to train its models. Anthropic may keep them for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring. See Anthropic’s privacy policy.
I have no access to your conversations and no way to look them up.
Not professional advice
People often bring real parts of their lives to these conversations, and that’s welcome. But the AI is a tool for reflection and self-inquiry. It is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial advisor, and it can be wrong. Please don’t rely on it for decisions about your health, safety, legal situation or money.

The chat is intended for adults 18 and older.
The contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, your name, email address and message are delivered to me through Formspree, a form-processing service. I use them only to read and reply to your message. I don’t add you to a mailing list or share your details.
Hosting and fonts
This site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any web host, records basic technical information such as IP addresses and browser types to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to download them.
Links to other sites
Links to Amazon, Goodreads, BookBub, GitHub, social media and news sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices and questions
Because chat conversations aren’t stored, there is nothing to delete. If you’ve contacted me and want your message deleted, or you have any privacy question, write to me through the contact form.
